CALL FOR ENTRIES – FANTOCHE OPENS THE 2013 COMPETITION
Seeking the latest animation films
Fantoche is now opening its ‘International Competition' for the eleventh time, and is searching for the best animated short films from the last 12 months from all over the world. Artistically daring ideas, visionary experiments, stories with a twist and the best, top-quality entertainment are being sought, whether produced by newcomers, young talent or established film-makers. This allows Fantoche to once again feel the pulse of the latest trends from the world of animated film. Entries will be judged by the international jury and the audience during the Festival, from 3-8 September 2013.
Sights set on Swiss animated films
All Swiss film productions are also automatically entered in the ‘Swiss Competition' putting Swiss film in the spotlight, and also presenting it in an international context. Swiss film-makers are eligible for three prizes, awarded by an international jury and an attentive audience. The Swiss Competition was one of the highlights of Fantoche 2012.
Closing date for entries and online registration
